Once we receive your message, we’ll let you know we’re on the case and dig deep to resolve your issue. If there’s a defect in your product, our warranty program has got you covered. We’ll schedule a call with our engineer, do a home visit if needed, and if your issue is still not resolved - we’ll replace it at no cost!
