Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping across India.

Is there an installation service?
Currently we are not offering installation.

Are there any additional charges for COD orders?
We charge an additional 100/- on all COD orders.

How long does the delivery take?
Orders once placed, are ideally shipped within 48 hours through our courier partners and shall reach you within 3-7 days. 

We constantly strive to ensure the product is delivered to you faster. However, the delivery timelines are beyond the control of Byzero and may extend beyond the general delivery schedule. We provide tracking details through mail or message once your order has been shipped.

There is a delay in delivery, what do I do?
We try our best to fulfil the delivery items on time and try to communicate the delay protectively. In case there is a delay with the new delivery date. In case of any issue please reach out to us at care@byzeroelectric.com

Is there any area not covered under the free shipping?
There may be some restrictions on accepting orders for delivery in certain pin codes. Under such scenarios, the order may not be accepted and you may be asked to share an alternate pin code.
It is highly unlikely that an order that is accepted will be cancelled due to non-serviceability of pin code. Under such a scenario, the amount shall be refunded to you via the original payment method in 7 working days.

Will all items in an order be delivered together?
We endeavor to ship all your items at once, however, this may not always be possible due to availability or other reasons.

Can an order be split among multiple delivery addresses?
Each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place separate orders.
